Give your Classic Sim Pedals Ultimate a meaningful upgrade with technology and features introduced with the Ultimate+ generation.
The Classic Ultimate Upgrade Kit adds a new controller and updated mechanical components while bringing SmartControl and SmartControl Live support to compatible Classic Ultimate pedals.
With SmartControl, you can calibrate and configure brake pedal force, pedal deadzones, custom output curves, and stored profiles.
The kit also includes six elastomers, discs, a new rod, back plate components, preload-adjustment hardware, and soft blue end-stops for updating the pedal system.
For early Classic Sim Pedals Ultimate units sold between late 2013 and early 2014 that use wire terminals on the controller, RJ9 plugs must first be crimped onto the pedal wires before the SmartControl controller can be used.

The Heusinkveld Classic Ultimate Upgrade Kit is intended for owners of Classic Sim Pedals Ultimate. There is an additional requirement for early units sold between late 2013 and early 2014 that use wire terminals on the controller. These pedals require RJ9 plugs to be crimped onto the pedal wires before the SmartControl controller can be used. The required RJ9 plugs and crimp tool are not included in the Upgrade Kit.

Classic Ultimate pedals from this period with wire terminals require RJ9 plugs to be crimped onto the pedal wires before using the SmartControl controller.

If you own the classic Sim Pedals Ultimate which has RJ- plugs to connect the pedals to the controller (sold between mid-2014 to 2021), you can use this upgrade kit. If you own the classic Sim Pedals Ultimate which has wire terminals on the controller (sold between late 2013 – early 2014), you must crimp RJ9 plugs (crimp tool and plugs not included in the Upgrade Kit) to the pedal wires before you can use the SmartControl controller.
If you own the Sim Pedals Ultimate+ (sold from July 2021 onwards), do not buy this Upgrade Kit. Your pedals already have all parts included in this Upgrade Kit. The Upgrade Kit is not compatible with other pedal series such as Sim Pedals Pro, Sim Pedals Sprint or Sim Pedals Racecenter.
