I reached out to DOFReality corporate in April 2021 and asked for a recommendation for a turnkey systems provider as I knew that I wanted an awesome system but also knew that I did not have time to build one myself.

DOF introduced me to Apevie who is their exclusive distributor and turnkey provider in the US.

I sent over a few requests to Boran to show him what I've researched to date and to ask for his help in executing the build out.

He and I met via FaceTime where I was able to share with him what I was hoping to experience with the system.

His communication was timely and thorough. At no time did I ever feel that my requests were not heard and I always knew that Boran was going to take great care of me.

They were able to test moving the completed system through a door frame to confirm that on arrival we wouldn't have a problem getting the system through the house's front or interior doors.

I run a multi-million dollar business and am used to hiring executives who are self sufficent and who execute and deliver on my vision. Boran and Apevie went way over what I expected from a service provider.

The shipping experience was incredible. I have never seen something that is so bulky, packed so well.

Boran and his team provided detailed unpacking instructions including screw bits for a power drill to make unboxing the pallet efficient.

Contacted the store via email and within 30 minutes was contacted by the store. I explained , I only received one pedal tray. The store advised me, I would receive my other pedal tray in a couple of days. Tray arrived without further delay. Would have given five stars but had to wait two extra days for the other pedal.

Great quality cockpit with constant support from the team at Apevie. Despite my many questions, they answered each and every one, they also supported me throughout my build process, providing guidance, spare parts, and feedback in everyway. Very happy with the end result! Sturdy frame with no flex!

The QS-BT1 works as advertised. This thing is great. looks very cool. It's very responsive and definitely would recommend it. My only complaint is that the power supply brick is loud. I have the QS-220 3DOF and those boxes are super quiet. It's annoying that it's louder than my PC when running a game. I don't understand why not just make the power supply box bigger and add a bigger fan to keep the noise down, because it's loud when you're not running anything and the actuators are dead silent and you hear this turbo running underneath your seat. the actual Belt tensioner is quiet no loud sounds coming from the fans it's just the power supply brick that seems like an oversight

First the team at Apevie Simulators is to be commended as they were very polite with communicating through email and affording me the chance to test out their high-end simulators when purchasing this Belt Tensioner on-site. Extremely knowledgeable staff and their passion was clear during my product pickup.

The BT-1 itself is pretty incredible. It is powerful and can absolutely be felt when assigning the many effects like braking, cornering, or adding vibration feedback such as rpms or rumble strips that are felt in your chest and shoulders clearly! It is also a very silent unit and is barely heard at all even under intense use(my fans and paddle shifters are louder!).

The Apevie 4-point belt also fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. Highest recommendation on both the unit and the shop!
