The headset clarity is excellent. However the tracking is terrible. The headset is unstable and unusable unless the lower 2 cameras are blocked out. Even then you can tell the tracking is spongy.

No trouble getting it started , downloaded Pimax play etc. ( headset needed an update afterwards, got right to work dcs and then half life Alex, and finally ams2
And personally all were impressive but ams2 blew me away!! It was so visceral, I also have a meta 3 and a psvr2 the former had a very removed feeling from the action due to the Fov, the latter was blurry. Pimax super made me feel like I was in an open wheel race car inches off the ground driving at speeds I have no training for!!

It's been about 2 weeks since I received my headset. I had a bit of trouble at first with controllers, but was able to get that settled, Played a bit with some of the PiPlay settings to get close to decent visuals. But the mic and DMAS sound were too low. I added a program to help amplify it, and it's better, but I suppose since it doesn't use the XR chip, 1 less mic, it is what it is. So far, I haven't run thru all the games yet to see what I can do, but at least 4 so far, and had issues, until I set each one to something that would be acceptable for each one individually. With what I have here, it is acceptable as such, little mura I've detected so far, I haven't seen dead pixels so far. I paid it off because it is ok in my book, and barring any hardware malfunction, Software updates should be able to fix anything that's possible to fix. I have to go out of town this weekend, so I needed to decide to keep or not keep, and pay it off, since it was close to the 14 day trial. I'll have more time to fiddle with it when i get back.

Have a crystal, preordered super. Recieved last week. Flying DCS. Tweaking settings but have had nothing but great performance. So much information out on discord as well as the website. Well worth the wait.

I am an owner of a Crystal OG. The Super is a great improvement over the OG. The visuals are outstanding. It is much brighter and much more comfortable. I am able to run DCS, IL2, and War Thunder at 100% resolution with a 4090 but would recommend turning off all anti aliasing. It has little to no effect on the visual quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.

First, I am a Flight Simulator 2020/2024 fan, also a VR user; G2, Varjo Aero, OC, & now Super. The Super is a great headset but I expect improvements in computer hardware, software, and Super software will have a very positive impact on the future. My computer is updated consistently, present have 5090 with top AMD CPU, 64 Ram. I am still tweaking with Super/flt sim to get best clarity but at present the OC & Varjo Aero are better than the Super in my Opinion. Thank for allowing my imput. Wish Pimax the Best! erv moore

Best headset I've ever used! If your computer has the power to run it, I'd highly recommend this!

My optional speaker on left side was dented but worked, no instructions were provided to install them. The unit has amazing clarity and brightness compared tp my Original Cystal. I had to puchase a 5090 video card to support the super when playing DCS, my 4090 could not support the FPS in desired. I like the smaller size and weight.
