Yes. Because it clamps into the extrusion channel, you can mount it on the left or right, forward or back, at whatever height keeps your drink out of the way of your wheel, shifter, and handbrake.
It bolts securely to the frame, but on a full-motion rig anything with an open top can spill during aggressive motion. For motion setups we recommend using a bottle with a sealed lid rather than an open cup.
