Utilizing the same technology as the QS-220, QS-H13 ensures ultra-quiet operation by eliminating gearboxes and DC motors commonly found in other solutions.
Despite offering rich haptics, the system is neighbor-friendly – vibrations do not transfer into the floor. The actuator architecture avoids the vertical “up-down” frequency that would otherwise knock on the floor and propagate through the building structure. As a result, structure-borne noise is significantly reduced and any residual vibration is greatly minimized.
Thanks to its silent, low-transfer behavior, the simulator can be used freely in residential spaces and during late hours without disturbing other household members or neighbours.

The QS-H13 is designed for plug-and-play installation. With included brackets, clear mounting points, and step-by-step software guidance, most users can complete setup within less than an hour.
Serviceability & noise: e-brakes are non-repairable and have moving internals that often cause disc rattling under vibration and haptic effects. Avoiding this noise source is intentional.
Heat, power, weight: e-brake electromagnets produce more heat than the motors, add extra mass, and draw additional power during operation. QS-H13 runs at 46 V for dynamics; most e-brakes are 24 V, so they would need a second PSU. Motors typically use less power to hold position than e-brakes need to release and hold their internal discs.
Limited real-world use: e-brakes help only when the unit is completely powered off, which is not a typical use case for a seat mover.
Power-off behavior: QS-H13 uses a hardware passive circuit that gains power from spinning motors and at the same time limits their speed. The faster you try to move it, the more resistance it generates. When power is cut, the seat does not move abruptly; under load it slowly shifts forward or backward and settles safely.
Yes, Qubic Manager software is required and can be downloaded HERE. The QS-H13 serial number is needed for activation and profile setup.
