Pimax Crystal

I am coming off a Varjo Aero to the Crystal, and it is not as much of an improvement as I was hoping for, but I am still tweaking settings so maybe it will get better. The fact that I lost support for the Varjo I had to make the switch in my mind. If you have a Varjo I would say it is not worth making the switch. I also am not fond of the battery. I went dead while flying in DCS and I am not dead lol! I am hopeful that when the supra comes out I can get credit for all the Pimax headsets I will have by then. May try the Crystal Light now.
On a side note, Apevie Simulator is one of the best purchasing experiences I have had in a long time! I highly recommend this company for your simulation needs! THEY ARE ON POINT!

Hi, you guys know the issues I was having I didn't receive the correct amount of 1 inch screws. I'm thinking of getting my CC company involved with a claim on incomplete item delivery. Please have that sorted out for your next consumer. It would also be nice if there were extra T nuts to allow for mounting pedals and a wheelbase. I feel like the the solution I was given was less stable than the original instructions.

Hope to see this a 5-star, but until the eye tracking issue is resolved, 2 is all I can muster. Email support has been good, but what a lengthy process! At the risk of sounding harsh, I am not a basement dweller, doing nothing all day and night but waiting for an email resolution. I am a professional who has limited time to enjoy this hobby. At $1500 I expect it to plug and play!!
